STEP 1 —Book Your Truck In
Tell us what your truck needs and we'll give you practical advice, a realistic timeframe, and the next steps to get your truck booked in.
STEP 2 —Drop Off At Our Kunda Park Workshop
When your booking day arrives, your truck is booked into the workshop and work gets underway as scheduled. Our team will keep you informed throughout the process and let you know if anything requires your attention.
STEP 3 —Full Inspection & Diagnostics
While your truck is with us, we carry out a comprehensive inspection to identify any issues that could affect reliability, safety, or performance.
STEP 4 —Approve Any Additional Repairs
If we find anything outside the original scope, we'll provide a detailed report and pricing before any additional work is carried out. Nothing gets done without your approval.
STEP 5 —Back On The Road
Once the work is complete, your truck is tested, signed off, and ready to get back to work. You'll know exactly what's been completed, what was found, and when your truck is ready for collection.
